Hey Reader!
It's been a few months since I've shared anything about how I'm using AI in my businesses, and that feels like decades ago with how fast it's progressing!
I've been using it more and more. It helps me with things like...
- writing rough drafts of blog posts & meta descriptions
- putting my thoughts into words for email responses
- creating outlines and plans for calls
- thinking through problems by asking me questions & weighing decisions
- making memes during co-working calls 🤪
- & more!
One of my favorite use cases is creating summaries from video calls!
Here's how I do that:
- I use Loom or Grain to record a video. This could be of me walking through a task on my computer, doing a blog audit, or hosting a call.
- I feed the video's transcript to ChatGPT or Claude.
- I ask it to create an SOP, checklist, or guide based on the information provided in the transcript.
For example, Allison Lancaster joined our coaching group this week to answer questions about Pinterest.
Our questions covered a range of topics, and Allison was thorough in her answers, often sharing specific examples and stats!
After the call, I fed the transcript to Claude and prompted it:
I've attached a transcript from a Pinterest Q&A where Pinterest expert Allison answered food blogger's questions. Please create a guide outlining the information she shared.
Within seconds, it created a Pinterest Strategy Guide for Food Bloggers with bullet points outlining Allison's tips and recommendations
It even organized it by Pinning Best Practices, Account Optimization, Content Strategy, Tools & Features, Special Circumstances, and Combatting AI & Future Trends!
Within minutes, I was able to create a Pinterest Guide for our members to reference!
