🌱 Grow by Mediavine Walkthrough

Blogging Bites #53

Hey Reader!

New year of Blogging Bites, new newsletter style ✨ I hope you like it!

First I just wanted to say thank you again for sharing your feedback in my survey last week! I received way more responses than I was expecting and I just really appreciate you taking the time to fill it out πŸ₯°

Okay so this week we're talking about Grow by Mediavine!

(not to be confused with Grow Social, which has been acquired by NerdPress and rebranded as Hubbub!)

Why are we talking about this? Because Mediavine recently launched Journey - their solution for creators who want to monetize their blog with ads, but don't quite meet Mediavine's minimum requirement of 50K sessions.

I don't know a ton about Journey at this time, but from what I've heard it sounds like a good option!

You can apply for Journey as soon as you have Grow installed on your site!

In order to qualify for Journey, you have to have Grow installed for at least 30 days and have around 10K sessions/month.

Since Journey's launched, I've had some requests to walk through Grow.

Please note: I don't use some features and I don't know if there are specific "recommended settings" for it, I'm just sharing what I have on the backend to give you an idea of how I use it personally.

Feel free to customize it in whatever way is best for you and your audience 😊

Btw, I've added chapters so you can jump around to different sections!

Let me know if you have questions or want me to elaborate on anything specific. I hope this helps!

Happy blogging!

-Kayla
