How's your week going? I've been feeling very overwhelmed, but pushing through it!
I hope you've been enjoying the walkthroughs lately! Recently we've gone over Grow, Feast Modern Categories, and now Hubbub!
If you aren't familiar with Hubbub, it's a Wordpress plugin used for social sharing. When Mediavine created it they called it Grow Social (super confusing since Grow is a separate thing), but NerdPress recently took over and renamed it Hubbub! π
Right now there's a free version (Lite) and a paid version (Pro). I have Pro and use it for social sharing icons and hidden Pins/social images.
You can compare Lite vs Pro here. Pro's currently $34/year, which I think is so worth it! I'll show you how I'm using it below π

I'm a big fan of Hubbub's social buttons feature. I think it looks great and helps readers distribute my recipes across various social platforms.
I personally have mine set up so that they can be shared across Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, Twitter/X, Flipboard, and Yummly. There are even more options to choose from, but the Pro version is required if you want to add more than Facebook, Pinterest, and X.

The buttons can be added in various places, and the Pro version lets you customize them a bit!
Here's how I customized my text to say "Love it? Share it!":

Hubbub Pro also lets you set hidden images, titles, and descriptions on the back end so that you can control what people see on the front end when users share them!
